✅ Pay Scales:
✔️ Assistant General Manager (Personnel): E-4 Level ₹ 70000 - 200000/- (IDA)
✔️ Manager (Projects): E-2 Level ₹ 50000 - 160000/- (IDA)
✔️ Deputy Manager (Personnel): E-1 Level ₹ 40000 - 140000/- (IDA)
✔️ Assistant: ₹ 23200 - 89400/- (IDA)
✔️ Junior Assistant: ₹ 21700 - 83900/- (IDA)
✅ Educational Qualifications:
✔️ Assistant General Manager (Personnel): PG Degree in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ HRD/ Social work from a recognized University. Minimum 08 years relevant experience.
✔️ Manager (Projects): PG Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce/ Agriculture Science/ Vet. Science/ B .E. from recognised University. Minimum 5 years experience in the relevant field of which 3 years at the Executive level.
✔️ Deputy Manager (Personnel): PG Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce from recognised University. Minimum 3 years experience in the Supervisory Level.
✔️ Assistant: Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce from a recognised University.
✔️ Junior Assistant: Matric with 12th Class Pass. peed of 30 WPM in Typing (English/Hindi).
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview.
✅ Application Fee:
✔️ For the post of Asstt. General Manager (Pers.), Manager (Proj.) and Dy. Manager (Pers.) he application fee will be ₹ 1000/- for each post.
✔️ For the post of Assistant and Jr. Assistant, the application fee will be ₹ 500/- for each post.
✔️ No fee for SC/ ST/ PH and EXSM candidates.
