✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Mechanical Engineering - BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (65% min).
✔️ Electrical Engineering - BE/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (65% min).
✔️ Electronics Engineering - BE/ B.Tech in Electronics Engineering (65% min).
✔️ Naval Architecture - BE/ B.Tech in Naval Architecture (65% min).
✔️ Civil Engineering - BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering (65% min).
✔️ Information Technology - BE/ B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology (65% min) (OR) MSc/MCA in Computer Applications/Science/IT (65% min). Desirable: Certification in Programming/ DBMS/ Networking/ ERP.
✔️ Human Resource - 02 years Master’s or equivalent in HR-related fields (65% min).
✔️ Finance - Pass in the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / ICAI.
✅ Selection Process:
The CSL Executive Trainee 2024-25 selection process comprises of two phases:-
✔️ Phase-I: Online Test (60 marks, 60 min) - 60 MCQs.
✔️ Phase-II: Group Discussion, Writing Skills, Personal Interview (40 marks).
