Age Limit: Unreserved - 18 to 25 years; OBC - 18 to 28 years, SC/ST - 18 to 30 years, Ex servicemen - 18 to 25 years + service rendered in Army/Air Force/ Navy + 03 years.
Physical Standards:
(a) Height without shoes - 165 cms (Minimum).
(b) Chest (Un-expanded) - 81.5 cms.
(c) Chest (on expansion) - 85 cms.
(d) Weight - 50 Kg (Minimum). (Latest medical fitness certificate issued by approved Central/State Govt hospital be submitted along with the application)
(e) Endurance Test - Box lifting 63.50 Kg for a distance of 183 meters in 92 to 96 seconds.
Selection Process: The following tests are likely to be conducted for post:- (a) 1600 Mtrs Run in 05 Minutes 20 Second to 06 Minutes (b) Pushups-Minimum 25 Numbers (c) Chin Ups-Minimum 06 Numbers (d) Situps minimum - 35 Numbers (e) Wriuen Test as per Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Syllabus (f) Interview (g) Medical Test (Physical parameters only). Tests/interview will be held at AKHNOOR (J&K). Applicants should report at 510 ASC BATTALION, PIN-905510, C/O 56 APO on date and time of test/interview as mentioned in the ADMIT CARD.
How To Apply: Eligible Interested Candidates apply on the prescribed format, Affix two recent passport size photograph, facing camera, duly attested by a Gazetted Officer, One on the right hand corner of the application and another on the acknowledgement card and attested photo-copies of required documents addressed to "Commanding Officer, 510 ASC BATTALION, PIN-905510, C/O 56 APO" as per application format along with documents and a self addressed envelop duly affixing postal stamps of Rs25/-.
