✅ AIIA Delhi Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria:
HR Executive: Graduates with excellent communication skills. Preferably MBA(HR)/ PGDBM. Minimum 02 - 03 years experience.
Patient care Manager cum Admin Executive: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences with Full time Post Graduate degree in Hospital or health care. At least 01 year experience.
HR Consultant: MBA in HR (Regular) from premier Tier 1 Institute. Minimum 15-20 years experience.
Assistant Course Coordinator: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences with Post Graduate degree / Diploma in Hospital and/or health care management. At least one experience experience.
Medical Officer: MD/MS (Ayurveda) Clinical Experience.
Panchakarma Attendants: 10th class / Matric Pass. Certificate in Panchakarma Attendant (06 month) with one year experience as Panchakarma Attendant in a reputed Hospital.
Staff Nurse: B.Sc. (Hons) in Nursing / Regular Course in B.Sc. Nursing (4 year) / B.Sc. Nursing Ayurveda (4-year course). Should be registered as Registered Nurse & Registered Midwife from State Nursing Council. (OR) Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery. Should be registered as Registered Nurse & Registered Midwife from State Nursing Council. Minimum 02 years experience.
Ward Attendant: Matric with 12th class pass with one-year experience in a reputed Hospital.
Gas Manifold Technician: 12th with Trade certificate or ITI diploma in mechanical engineering. 2 years practical experience in skilled capacity in workshop or menial construction equipment.
Sanitary Inspector: Degree or Diploma. 01 year experience for degree holder and two years’ experience for diploma holder in the relevant field.
Medical Lab Technologist: Graduate degree in science with a diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (trained in molecular biology work).
Audiologist: A technical person with 4 years’ graduation in Audiology & Speech- Language Pathology (with RCI Registration). The Candidates who have 01-year experience in reputed hospital is desirable.
Ophthalmic Technician/ Optometrist: Candidates must have completed B.Sc in Ophthalmic Technology or equivalent from a recognized University with One Year experience as Ophthalmic Technician in a recognized Institute / Hospital.
Medical Record Technician: 12th class pass, preferably in Science or equivalent from a recognized Board/University; and Certificate in Medical Records (From a recognized Institute or authority issued after not less that 06 months training course) and 02 years’ experience in Medical Record Keeping in Hospital Setup. (AND) Ability to use Computer.
Gas Manifold Supervisor: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years’ experience with Manifold or its repairs in supervisory capacity in Medical setup. Must be capable of carrying out work associated with the Medical Gas Management distribution line, taps, cocks and outlets, etc.
Pharmaceutical Chemist: M.Sc. Post Graduate (Phytochemistry/ Chemistry/ Organic Chemistry/ Pharmaceutical Chemistry) OR M. Pharma (Ayurveda/ Medicinal chemistry/ phytopharmaceuticals). 03 years of relevant experience.
