Qualification & Experience:
Development officer -> Good Academic record, Master's Degree from a recognized University with atleast 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC 7 Point Scale. Desirable - Minimum 5 Years experience.
Asst. Registrar -> Good Academic record, Master's Degree from a recognized University with atleast 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC 7 Point Scale. Desirable - Minimum 3 Years experience.
Programmer (Computer) -> MCA/ M.Sc. (IT or Computer Science) with 60% Marks. Desirable - Minimum 2 years experience.
Computer Technician -> MCA/ M.Sc. (IT or Computer Science) with 60% Marks. (OR) B.Tech/B.E (Computer Science/IT) or equivalent degree with 60% marks. Desirable - Minimum 2 years experience.
Assistant -> Graduate or equivalent in any discipline from recognized University with Good Academic record. Desirable - Minimum 2 years experience.
P.A. to VC -> Graduate / equivalent in any discipline from recognized University. Short hand speed of 80.w.p.m in Hindi/Urdu and English. Diploma in Computer Application and Multilingual DTP form a recognized institute with a Typing Speed of 30 wpm in Hindi/Urdu and 40 wpm in English. Desirable - Minimum 2 years experience.
Computer Operator -> Graduate / equivalent in any discipline from a recognized University with Knowledge of Data Entry and word processing. Desirable - Minimum 1 year experience.
Auditor -> B.A/B.Sc- with Mathematics / B.Com. or equivalent from a recognized University with Good Academic record. Desirable - Minimum 1 year experience.
Assistant Librarian / Classifier / Cataloger -> Graduate in any disciplined from a recognized University. Degree / Diploma in Library and Information Science. Desirable - Minimum 1 year experience.
Stenographer -> Intermediate (10+2) equivalent from recognized Board/ University. Short hand speed of 80.w.p.m in Hindi/Urdu and English. Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute with a minimum speed of 25 words Hindi /Urdu and 30 words English. Desirable - Minimum 1 year experience.
LDC –> Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent from recognized Board / University. Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute with a minimum speed of 25 words Hindi /Urdu and 30 words English. Desirable - Minimum 1 year experience.
Application Fee: A crossed Demand Draft for Rs.300/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST/PWD & PH Candidates)from any Nationalised Bank in favour of the Registrar, Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic and Persian University, Patna payable at Patna should be sent with the Application Form towards application fee (non-refundable). The Demand Draft must be placed/ tagged at the top of the application.
How To Apply: Filled in Application Forms (Prescribed format) along with supporting documents with DD and two self addressed stamped (Rs. 40/-) envelopes (25 cm x12.5 cm size) indicating the post applied for on the top of the envelop be sent to "The Registrar, Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic and Persian University, 34, Ali Imam Path (Harding Road) Near Haj Bhawan, Patna, Bihar, PIN-800001" by Registered/Speed Post only. The Duly filled in Application Form complete in all respects must reach in the Office of The Registrar latest by 15/12/2014 upto 5:00 pm. Candidates are requested to superscribe the words "Application for the post of_______" on the top of the envelop.
