Educational Qualification & Experience:
Director (HR) -> ‘ACS’ OR PG degree in Economics/Commerce/Management/Law. Should have 10 years office experience of which 5 years in a Sr. Executive position in Industry / Academic Institutions / Professional bodies / Associations of similar nature and with proven leadership qualities with the following Job contents.
Joint Director (Internal Audit) -> A degree in Commerce and also Membership of ICSI/ICAI/ICAI (Cost). 7 years experience of which 3 years in handling maintenance of books of accounts, Inter – unit reconciliation, finalization of account s in compliance with statutory requirements, internal and statutory audit, tax compliances including service tax and TDS, investment of funds and Budgetary control.

Assistant Professor ->
(a) Good academic record with Ph.D. degree in Economics/ Law/ Commerce/ Management/ Accounts/Finance / any other subject relevant to CS course.
(b) Master’s Degree with atleast 55% marks or equivalent grade on a point scale, wherever grading system is followed or a pass in CS/CA/CMA.
(c) A minimum of three years of teaching, research or industry experience, excluding the period of research for Ph.D. degree;
(d) Contribution to educational innovation such as design of new curricula and courses and technology-mediated teaching process.
Associate Professor ->
(a) Good academic record with Ph.D. degree in Economics/ Law/ Commerce/ Management/ Accounts/ Finance / any other subject relevant to CS course.
(b) Master Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade on a point scale, wherever grading system is followed or a pass in CS/CA/CMA.
(c) A minimum of nine years of teaching, research or industry experience, excluding the period of research for Ph.D. degree.
(d) Reasonable publications as expected of an eminent academics.
(e) Contribution to educational innovation such as design of new curricula and courses and technology-mediated teaching process.
Junior Programmer ->
(a) MCA or B.Tech (Computer Science/IT/Electronics) or equivalent with 1st or 2nd Division from recognized Institute / University.
(b) Minimum 6 months post qualification experience in programming in relevant field.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Written Test and Interview.

Qualification & Experience:
Joint Secretary (IT) -> MCA or B.Tech (Computer Science/IT/Electronics) with 1st or 2nd Division from recognized / reputed University. Minimum 12 Years of experience in the respective field out of which 7 years experience as Project Leader.
Joint Secretary (F&A) -> A degree in Commerce & Final pass of the CS/CA/CWA (CMA) exam in-ations OR post graduation degree in Commerce with 50% marks. Candidates possessing LLB or additional qualification(s) will be given preference. At least 15 years experience in a supervisory position in reputed Firms/Academic or Professional Institutes/ Industry.
Director -> ACS (OR) PG degree in Economics / Commerce / Management / Law. Should have 10 years office experience of which 5 years in a Sr. Executive position in Co-ordination & Administrative functions in Industry / Academic Institutions / Professional bodies / Associations of similar nature & with proven leadership qualities.
Senior Programmer -> MCA or B.Tech (Computer Science/IT/Electronics) or equivalent with 1st or 2nd Division from recognized Institute / University. Minimum 2 yrs post qualification experience in programming on MS.Net, Crystal Report and SQL Server . Excellent candidates with less experience may also be considered for this post. Must have managed at least one project on MS.Net and SQL Server independently.
