Government of NCT of Delhi requires suitable Govt. Official candidates for recruitment of Managing Director and Director (Finance) on deputation (including short term contract) for its Power Generation companies of Govt, of NCT of Delhi i.e. Indraprastha Power Generation Company Limited (IPGCL) & Pragati Power Corporation Limited(PPCL), At present both IPGCL and PPCL are having common Board of Directors.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications
Pay Scale: Rs.75,500 - 80,000 + Nil Grade Pay (DA on Central Government pattern) plus other allowances and benefits viz. accommodation, conveyance etc. as per rules.
Qualification & Experience:
Managing Director ->
(1) The applicant should have minimum qualification of B.E./B.Tech./MBA/CA from a recognized university with good academic record. Any additional educational qualification in the field of power, energy, finance, accounting and related subject will be preferred.
(2) At the least 20 years of work experience (with 5 years of experience in a medium to large organization at senior management levels) in power sector.
Director (Finance) ->
(1) Qualified Chartered Accountants / Cost Accountants with experience of atleast 20 years in handling Corporate Accounting and Corporate Finance matters in Public Sector Power Companies/ Central and State Level PSUs/Statutory or autonomous organization under Central/State Governments. (OR)
(2) Officers from Indian Audit and Accounts Services/Indian Defence Accounts Services/Postal Accounts Services etc. with atleast 20 years experience including 10 years experience in handling Corporate Accounting and Corporate Finance matters.
(3) For Serving Central/State Government PSU employees the applicant should be drawing pay in Pay Band IV or equivalent for at least 5 years in his department/organization.
