Educational Qualifications:

Registrar (Law) ->

By Deputation -

(a) Indian Legal Service Officers holding analogous posts under the Central Govt. (OR)
(b) Officers holding analogous post under the Central Govt./ Supreme Court/High Court and possessing experience as Registrar of higher Judiciary or any other post involving interpretation/application of statutes (OR)
(c) Officers in the pay scale of PB-4 (Rs.37400-67000) +G.PayRs.10000/- with a regular service of 3 years in the grade in the Central Govt. /Supreme Court//High Court and possessing experience as Registrar of higher judiciary or of any other post involving interpretation/ application of statutes.

By short-term contract/ re-employment (if deputation method fails) -

(a) Essential - Degree in Law
(b) Desirable - Post Graduate degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent. Research experience in one of the
following fields:- (1) Constitutional law and its theory, (2) Human Rights jurisprudence.

Assistant Registrar ->

By deputation - Officers possessing a Degree in Law and holding analogous posts in Central Government/ Supreme Court/ High Court/CAT (OR) Officers of Central Government/ Supreme Court/ High Court/CAT in the scale of PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 +Rs.4800/- with a minimum of 8 years of regular service and possessing a Degree in Law.
By re-employment/ short-term contract (if deputation method fails) - from persons who have held an analogous post on regular basis in the above mentioned organizations and possess a degree in Law.

Assistant Accounts Officer ->

(a) Officers under the Central Govt. holding analogous posts on regular basis who have undergone training in Cash and Accounts in the ISTM or equivalent and possess experiences in cash and accounts work (OR)
(b) Junior Accounts Officers or equivalent in the pay scale of Rs.9300-34800+Rs.4200/-with 8 years regular service in the grade.

Assistant -> Officers under the Central Government:-

(a) holding analogous post on regular basis; (OR)
(b) with five years regular service in the posts in the scale of pay of Rs.5200-20200 + GP Rs.2400/-

Stenographer Grade-D ->

(a) 12th Pass or equivalent from a recognized board or University.
(b) A speed of 80 words per minutes in Shorthand (English/Hindi).
(c) Desirable - Degree from a recognized university.

Staff Car Driver ->

(a) Possession of a valid driving license for motorcars.
(b) Knowledge of motor mechanism and experience of driving motorcar for at least 5 years.
(c) Desirable - Pass in the 8th standard of any recognized school.

Selection Process:

Stenographer ->

(a) Written Examination (objective type) - 200 marks (General Intelligence & Reasoning -50 Marks, General Awareness - 50 Marks and English Language and Comprehension - 100 marks) Duration - 2 hours (2 hours and 40 minutes for Visually handicapped candidates)
(b) Skill Test in Stenography - Dictation for 10 minutes in English/Hindi at the speed of 80 w.p.m. Transcription time: 50 minutes (English) 65 minutes (Hindi) Visually handicapped persons -75 minutes(English) - 100 minutes (Hindi).

Staff Car Driver -> Skill Test (driving test) followed by Interview.

Eligibility:

Senior Research Officer ->

(1) Masters Degree in Political Science, History, Statistics, Sociology of a  recognized university or equivalent.
(2) Degree in Law of a recognized University or equivalent.
(3) 4 years research experience in any of the social science.

Stenographer ->

(1) Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis (OR)
(2) LDC with 5 years of regular service in the grade and possessing a speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand and 30 words per minute in typing in English/Hindi.

LDC ->

(1) Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/Universities.
(2) A typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi.

Inspector ->

(1) (i) Officers Working in similar or equivalent grade in the Central/ State Police Forces/Armed Forces of Union; (OR) (ii) Sub-Inspector in the Central/ State Police Forces/Armed Forces of the Union with 5 years regular service in the grade; (OR)(iii) Officers working in the equivalent grade on regular basis in the Central Govt./State Govt. Departments/Central Public Undertakings; (AND)
(b) Possessing at least 5 years experience in vigilance or investigation or intelligence work.

Assistant Accounts Officer ->

(1) Officers under the Central Govt.holding analogous posts on regular basis who haveundergone training in cash and Accounts in the Institute of Secretarial Training Management or equivalent andpossess experience in cash
and accounts work; (OR)
(2) Junior Accounts Officers or equivalent in the pre-revised pay scale of Rs.5500-9000 with 8 years regular service in the grade.

Assistant Registrar (Law) ->

Officers possessing a degree in Law and holding analogous posts in Central Govt. /Supreme Court/High Court/Central Administrative Tribunal or Officers of Central Govt./Supreme Court/Central Administrative Tribunal/High Court in the scale of PB-2 + Grade Pay Rs.4800 with a minimum of 8 years regular service.
