Indian Banks' Association (IBA) invites application for the post of Managers / Vice Presidents from Serving/Ex-Officers of Public Sector Banks in the Grade of Scale I & II for Managers and Scale HI & rv for Vice Presidents or equivalent post in Private Sector Banks/Financial Institutions for the positions in various Departments, viz., Banking Operations/ Retail Banking / Banking Technology / Social Banking / Legal / HR&TR/ Accounts & Administration/Research & Statistics Department of the Association.

Emoluments:
Managers -> Basic Pay range of Rs.14,300 - Rs.3O,500 (under revision).
Vice President -> Basic Pay range of Rs.20,150 - Rs.37,350 (under revision).
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview by the interviewing panel constituted by the Association.
