The Financial Advisor shall be a whole time officer of the University. He shall be appointed either on deputation or by re employment from amongst the officers of the Indian Audit and Accounts Department or from any other Account service of Govt, of India. The Financial Advisor shall hold office for a period of three years with effect from the date he assumes charge.
