National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE) Gurgaon invites applications from suitable candidates for Empanelment / Engagement of various posts on short-term contract basis for a period of one year which can be extended on year to year basis depending on the performance of the candidate /need of the institution. About: NISE, is an Autonomous Institute of Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Government of India recently created by converting its erstwhile Solar Energy Centre to function as an Apex National Centre for research and technology development and related activities in the areas of Solar Energy Technologies in the Country.

Qualification & Experience:
Senior Consultants ->
(1) Master's degree in Science or M.Tech in Engineering / B. Tech. with Ph. D in Solar Energy from a recognized university.
(2) More than 20 years in the relevant field (ST or SPV).
(3) Desirable - Retired Senior Professor/Director of an R&D institution/ Leader of Research Group will be Preferred.
Research Associate ->
(1) B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & communication /Telecommunication / Instrumentation) / Solar Energy/ M.Sc. (Physics or Renewable Energy) from a recognized university with at least 65 % marks or equivalent CGPA with 4 years' experience (R & D centres / Institutions/ Universities) OR M.Tech (in Solar Energy or Energy) with at least 65 % or equivalent CGPA and 2 years' of work Experience in solar energy OR Ph.D. in the field of Solar energy.
(2) Desirable - Research experience in the field of Solar Energy.
SRF ->
(1) B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Telecommunication / Instrumentation) / Solar Energy/ M.Sc. (Physics or Renewable Energy) from a recognized university equivalent with at least 60% marks and Two years of working experience in Solar Energy OR M. Tech. in Energy or Solar Energy with at least 60% marks.
(2) Desirable - Experience in R & D Centres /Institutions/Industries whereas at least one year should be in solar energy.
JRF ->
(1) B.Tech. in Mechanical / Electrical /Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & communication / Telecommunication / Instrumentation/Solar Energy / M.Sc. (Physics or Renewable Energy) from a recognized university or equivalent from a recognized university or equivalent with at least 60% marks OR M. Tech. in Energy or Solar Energy.
(2) Desirable - Working experience in R & D Centres /Institutions of solar energy.
Data Analyst ->
(1) Graduate from a recognized university or equivalent.
(2) Experience - At least 2 years of experience in data entry and knowledge of Ms office, visual basic, mat-lab.
(3) Desirable - Good knowledge of English and D.T.P will be Preferred.
Helper -> 10th pass with some experience in office work like file movement, Xeroxing, attending phone call, mail received/ dispatch.
