Essential Qualifications:
(1) Master's Degree from the recognized University with at least 50% Marks, ii). B.Ed, or equivalent teaching degree.
(2) Persons working in any of the Govt. / Semi-Govt./ Govt recognized/ CBSE affiliated Sr. Secondary (10 + 2) schools / Inter College.
(2a) holding analogous post, or
(2b) Vice-Principal in the scale of Rs.15600-39100 with grade pay of Rs.5400 with 10 years experience / service as PGT/Lecturer in the scale of Rs.6500-10.500 (pre-revised)/Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4800/-(Revised), or
(2c) A minimum of 12 years experience / service as PGT/Master / Lecturer in the scale of Rs.6500-10.500 (pre-revised) Rs.9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs.4800 (revised).
Desirable Qualifications:
(1) At least three years experience as House Master of a fully residential school.
(2) Experience of working in a fully residential / CBSE affiliated / Govt, recognized school.
(3) Proficiency in English and Hindi / concerned Regional language.
Age Limit: Between 35 to 45 years as on 30.06. 2014 (i.e the Candidates must have been born not earlier than 30.06.1969 and not later than 30.06.1979 (both days including) are only eligible to apply.
Selection Process: Written Examination and Interview.
Application Fee: Candidates are requested to enclose a Demand Draft of Rs.1.000/- in favour of DDO, NVS, Hqrs Account, payable at NOIDA (UP) Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. No fee is required to be paid by the candidates belonging to SC/ST / PH/Women and Ex-Servicemen category.

Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Noida invites applications form eligible persons for filling the post of Deputy Commissioner on Deputation Basis initially for a period of one year which is extendable on year to year basis for a maximum period of four years.
The officers selected on deputation basis for the post of Deputy Commissioners are liable to be posted at NVS Hqrs. Office at NOIDA or at any of its Regional Offices located at Bhopal, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Patna, Pune and Shillong.
