Eligible persons apply with in 21 days from the date of advertisement in Employment News Paper (Dated 12th April 2014). The posting of the candidates will be made at the Office of the National Hydrographic Office, Dehradun.'

Educational Qualifications:
Compositor Grade II ->
(1) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Institution or Board.
(2) Experience as a compositor in English in a letter Press.
(3) Should be able to give the prescribed outturn.
Assistant Artist: Retoucher ->
(1) Matriculation or equivalent qualification.
(2) (i) Diploma or Certificate in Commercial Art. Printing Technology, Lithography, or Litho Art Work awa after at least 2 years course or training from a recognized institute, (ii) 2 years' experience as a Retoucher. (OR) 7 years' practical experience as a Retoucher in Military Survey, Survey of India or other Photolitho establishment of repute (for ex-Serviceman only).
Selection Process: Written Test and Interview. Candidates will be required to produce the certificates/testimonials, in original at the time of written test/interview.
How To Apply: Applications on plain foolscap paper 21X30 cms in English or Hindi as per proforma with following particulars together with attested copies of age, educational qualifications, Caste, Proficiency in sports etc. along with photographs (full name written on backside) and 2 self addressed stamped (R.6) envelops of 23X11 cms size addressed to "The Chief Hydrographer, National Hydrographic Office, 107A Raipur" should reach within 21 days from the date of advertisement (i.e. Last Date is 02/05/2014).
