↪ Chief Economist: A Master’s Degree in Economics with specialization in monetary economics or Econometrics + 15 years post qualification experience.
↪ General Manager: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline + 15 years post qualification experience.
↪ Deputy General Manager: Chartered Accountant + 12 years post qualification experience.
↪ Assistant General Manager: Post Graduate degree in Economics. Desirable: M.Phil., Ph.D. Minimum 10 years Post qualification experience.
↪ Deputy Manager (Economist): Post Graduate degree in Economics. Desirable: M.Phil., Ph.D. Minimum 02 years relevant experience.
↪ Deputy Manager (MIS): Post Graduate degree in Statistics OR Post Graduate degree/ diploma in Operation Research. Desirable: M.Phil., Ph.D. Minimum 02 years relevant experience.
↪ Senior Application Developer: B.E. (CS/IT)/ B.Tech. (CS/IT)/ MCA/ M.Tech (CS/IT)/ B.Sc. (CS/ IT)/ M.Sc. (CS/IT). Minimum 04 years post qualification experience.

↪ Senior Project Finance Officer: Officers with minimum working experience of 15 years in SCBs/ Financial Institutions of which minimum 10 years of experience in handling Credit/ Project Finance.
↪ Project Finance Officer: Officers with minimum working experience of 10 years in SCBs/Financial Institutions of which minimum 5 years of experience in handling Credit/ Project Finance.
