Qualification & Experience:
Legal ->
(1) Degree of LL.B. or equivalent from a recognized University and / or Institute in India or abroad, recognized by the Bar Council of India.
(2) Qualified to be registered as an advocate in any State Bar Council of
India in terms of Advocate's Act, 1961.
(3) Desirable - Higher qualification with specialization in regulatory laws.
(4) Experience in judicial or legal work, in Supreme Court, High Court or any other court, Government or a Regulatory Authority or a Tribunal or any similar forum Or Professor / Reader / Lecturer of Law of any recognized University / Professional Institute of India or abroad with specialization in teaching securities law.
Investigation ->
(1) Post Graduate of any discipline of a recognized University.
(2) Experience in handling matters of investigations in the Regulatory Authorities or in any investigating agency or any other suitable experience.
Monitoring and Surveillance ->
(1) Post Graduate of any discipline of a recognized University.
(2) Experience of Monitoring the transactions in security/ commodity markets or regulatory authorities or in private sector with any other suitable experience.
Inspection ->
(1) Chartered Accountants in terms of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949) or MBA in Finance.
(2) Experience - training under reputed firm of Chartered Accountants and handling accounting financial matters, audit and international audit of a large enterprises or undertaking.
Information And Communication Technology (ICT) ->
(1) Degree in IT from Central Government/ AICTE recognized University.
(2) Experience in analytics, IT infrastructure.
Cyber Forensic in Electronics ->
(1) Post Graduate or equivalent of any discipline from a recognized institution.
(2) Suitable experience in related areas.
Company Secretary ->
(1) Essential - Company Secretary in terms of the Company Secretaries Act, 1980 (56 of 1960).
(2) Desirable - Company Secretaries having qualified the Post Membership Qualification (PMQ) course in Corporate Governance.
(3) Experience - Must have worked as Company Secretary in a reputed organization handling financial ventures of large enterprises or undertakings, good knowledge of Companies Act.
Statistician ->
(1) M. Sc. in Statistics/ Mathematics.
(2) Experience - Must have experience in handling latest software dealing in statistics and should know the statistical methods/ tools.
(3) Desirable - Knowledge/ experience of data analytics.
Human Resource ->
(1) MBA (HR)
(2) Experience - Handling Administrative matters in State or Central Government Office or any other organization/ Institute.
