Educational Qualifications:
Associate Professor ->
(1) Good academic record with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned / allied / relevant disciplines.
(2) A Master's Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed).
(3) A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and/or research in academic / research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution / reputed professional institutions excluding the period of Ph.D. research with evidence of published work and a minimum of 5 publications as books and/or research / policy papers.
(4) Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology - mediated teaching/ learning process with evidence of having guided doctoral candidates and research students.
Assistant Professor ->
(1) Good academic record with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master's Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
(2) A relaxation of 5% marks shall be provided at the graduate and master's level for the Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Differently-abled (Physically and visually differently-abled) categories for the purpose of eligibility.
(3) A relaxation of 5% shall be provided, from 55% to 50% of the marks to the Ph.D. Degree holders, who have obtained their Master's Degree prior to 19 September, 1991.
(4) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.
(5) Candidates who have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree from a University in India (recognized by the UGC) or from a university abroad shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET.
(6) NET/SLET/SET shall also not be required for such Masters Programmes in disciplines for which NET/SLET/SET is not conducted.

Educational Qualifications:
Assistant Professor -> Good academic record with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master's Degree level in Child Development, Child Psychology; Early Childhood Care and Educational or a relevant subject from an Indian university, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. Preference will be given to candidates with Ph.D. and/or three years experience in teaching level courses in the relevant field.
Project Associate -> 55% marks in Master's degree in Child Development, Child Psychology; Early Childhood Care and Education; Social Work with NET/M.Phil or Ph.D. desirable and with at least 3 years of research experience. She/he should have good analytical and writing skills, good communication skills and should be able to monitor and evaluate research methodologies, prepare and write reports.
Communications Associate -> 55% marks in Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations; or related field with at least 3 years of progressively responsible professional work experience in social sector related to child rights/child development/ education in the field of advocacy, information and communication through media agencies, corporate and civil society partners. Should have a strong knowledge of IEC strategies.
Communications Assistant -> 55% markers in Communications/Media or any other related discipline. She/he should have good analytical and writing skills. Prior experience and knowledge of working on communications and advocacy projects is an advantage. Technical know-how of handling online media and knowledge of developing multi-media tools (films/AV aids/Print material) is a plus point.
Project Associate -> 55% marks in Master's degree in Statistics or Economics with at least 3 years' experience. She/he should be acquainted with various statistical packages. She/he should have good analytical and writing skills, good communication skills and should be able to monitor and evaluate research methodologies, prepare and write reports.
