Age Limit (as on 01/01/2014): 27 Years for Technical Officer/C, Pharmacist-B posts indicated at S.No.1 to 3 and 11. Maximum age limit is 30 years for Scientific Assistant/B posts indicated at S.No.4 to 10. Maximum age limit is 25 years for Technician-B posts indicated at S.No.12 to 14.

Age Relaxation –> 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidate not belonging to creamy layer, for reserved posts. SC/ST/OBC Certificates should be as per the prescribed format for employment in Government of India.

Educational Qualifications:

Technical Officer-C (Physics) -> M.Sc.,in Physics / Applied Physics from a Recognized University / Recognized Institution with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate. Applicant should have Physics and Mathematics up to B.Sc or at subsidiary and / or ancillary level in case of five year integrated M.Sc with minimum of 60% aggregate marks in M.Sc as well as in B.Sc.

Technical Officer-C (Chemistry) -> M.Sc in Chemistry with specialization in Analytical/Inorganic Chemistry and B.Sc. with Chemistry, Physics & Mathematics, with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in B.Sc and M.Sc from any recognized University /Institution. (OR) 5 year integrated M.Sc., in Chemistry with Physics & Mathematics as subsidiaries with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from any recognized University / Institution.

Technical Officer-C (Mechanical/Drilling) -> B.E.,/B.Tech., in Mechanical/Automobile/Drilling Engineering from a Recognized University/Institution with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.

Scientific Assistant-B (Physics) -> B.Sc., with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized University / Institution.

Scientific Assistant-B (Chemistry) -> B.Sc., with Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized University /Institution. (OR) B.Sc (Hons) in Chemistry with Physics and Mathematics with a minimum of 60%aggregate marks from any recognized University / Institution.

Scientific Assistant-B (Drilling/Mechanical) -> Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Drilling Engineering (3 years course after SSC) from a recognized institution with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.

Scientific Assistant-B (Mineral Technology) -> B.Sc with Geology or B.Sc in Mineral Beneficiation with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate from recognized University/Institution.

Scientific Assistant-B (Computer Science) -> Three Year Engineering Diploma (after X/SSC or equivalent) in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or B.Sc., (Computer Science) with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.

Scientific Assistant-B (Library Science) -> B.Sc with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate + Bachelor of Library Science or equivalent Diploma in Library Science with 60% marks.

Scientific Assistant-B (Mine Survey) -> Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 years course after SSC) from a recognized institution with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate and with Mines Survey Comptency Certificate in metalliferous Mines (unrestricted).

Pharmacist-B -> HSC/Intermediate (10+2) passed from a recognized Institution. (plus) 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Institution. (plus) 6 months training in Pharmacy and Registered as a Pharmacist with Central or State Pharmacy Council.

Technician-B (Photography) -> HSC or SSC passed with a minimum of 60% marks with Science and Maths subjects (plus) Recognised Trade Certificate of not less than one year duration in Photography / Digital Photography (plus) Candidates should be able to handle video camera also (plus) Candidates should have practical   knowledge of computer for day to day work and photoshop software for all types of photo editing.

Technician-B (Civil) -> HSC or SSC passed with a minimum of 60% marks with Science and Maths subjects. (plus) Not less than one year course of Industrial Training Institute/Vocational Training or equivalent recognized course in Draughtsman Civil/Architectural Asst./Construction Technology from a recognized institution of State/Central Government.

Selection Process: The candidates may download a copy of the application and admit card and submit the same along with the attested copies of all relevant documents in support of date of birth, educational qualifications, caste, experience Only at the time of Interview. Candidates who attends for the interview without any of the supporting documents will not be allowed to appear before the interview committee.

Application Fee: A non-refundable processing fee of Rs.250/- is payable by applicants applying for the posts of Technical Officer-C. No fee other posts. Candidates belonging to SC/ST, Women and PWD candidates are exempted from payment of this fee.
