Eligibility:
(a) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or
(b) With three years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay 5000-8000 (pre-revised) {New PB-2 Rs.9,300-34,800 with Grade pay of Rs.4200/-} or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.
(c) Three years experience in Draughtsmanship in Government or an Organisation of repute.

Educational Qualifications:
Chargeman (Electrical) -> Bachelors Degree in Physics/Mathematics/Chemistry from a recognized University OR a diploma in Engineering in the approppriate discipline from a recognised University/Board.
Chargeman (Air Electrical) -> Candidates should have held the rank of Petty Officer or equivalent and have 07 years service/experience as such in the appropriate technical branch of the Army, Navy and Airforce. or Diploma in Aeronautical or Electricai or Mechanicai or Telecommunication or Automobile Engineering or Matriculate with approved apprenticeship and 5 years experience in the trade.
Chargeman (Air Radio) -> Candidates should have held the rank of Petty Officer or equivalent and have 07 years service/experience as such in the appropriate technical branch of the Army, Navy and Airforce. or Diploma in Aeronautical or Electrical or Mechanical or Telecommunication or Automobile Engineering or Matriculate with approved apprenticeship and 5 years experience in the trade.
Lascar -> Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised Board or Institution. 03 years service on a ship.
Topaz -> Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised Board or Institution. Must know swimming.
Library and Information Assistant -> Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Commerce Degree or equivalent from a recognised University. Bachelor of Library Science Degree or equivalent from a recognised University/Institution.
Pest Control Worker -> Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised Board or Institution and ability to read and speak Hindi/Regional Language and for Ex-serviceman, the candidate should have the rank of Topass II or equivalent in the appropriate branch of Army, Navy or Air Force.
Civilian Motor Driver (OG) -> Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised Board or Institution. Must possess a Driving Licence for Heavy Vehicles and Motor Cycles. Two years practical experience in Heavy Motor vehicle (HMV) Driving. Desirable - Knowledge of 1st line maintenance.
Electronic Fitter (SK) -> Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised Institute or Board with knowledge of English. Should have completed Apprenticeship training in the trade (OR) Mechanic or equivalent with two years regular service in the appropriate Technical Branch of the Army, Navy and Air Force.
