Eligibility:

For Deputy Director General(Security) -> Officers in Police forces of the Central/State Government Police Organizations or Armed Forces:-

a) Holding on regular basis/the post of Senior Superintendent of Police/Deputy Commissioner of Police or Armed Forces personnel of equivalent rank in Pay Band 4, Rs.37400-67000/- with Grade Pay Rs.8700/- (OR)
b) With 5 years regular service in the grade of Superintendent of Police / or Armed Forces Personnel of equivalent rank' in Pay Band 3 Rs.15600-39100/-with Grade Pay RS.7600/-

Deputy Director General(Management of Lands and Buildings) -> The officers under Central Government/State Government/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous body should be holding an analogous post on regular basis or should have five years of regular service in PB-4 Rs. 15600-39100 + Rs. 7600 as grade pay (Rs. 12,000-16500/- (Pre-revised). Candidate should be having experience in Management of Lands and Buildings. He/she should not have crossed the age of 55 years.

For Deputy Director General(Programme matters) –> The officers under Central Government/ State Government/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous body should be holding an analogous post on regular basis or should have five years of regular service in PB-4 Rs. 15600-39100 + Rs. 7600 as grade pay (Rs. 12,000-l6500/- (Pre-revised). Candidates should be having 17 years experience in a supervisory capacity in the field of education, culture, television, radio film programme production or publicity having visual or audio impact including five years administrative and organizational experience.

Educational Qualifications:

Deputy Director of Administration (PDA) -> Officers under Central Government and Autonomous Organizations following Central Government Rules/norms/procedures/pay scales etc. holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent Cadre/Department or having four years regular service in PB-3 Rs.15,600-39,100/- + GP Rs.5,400/- in the parent Cadre/Department or having five years regular service in the post in PB-2 Rs.9,300-34,800 + GP Rs.4,800/- in the parent Cadre/Department and possessing knowledge of secretarial practices, rules and regulations and practical experience of their application in the Central Government Ministry/Department/Autonomous Oganisatipns and also having experience in establishment, Administration, Finance/Vigilance matters.

For Section Officer -> The Officers under Central Government and Autonomous Organizations following Central Government Rules/norms/procedures/pay scales etc. holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent Cadre/Department or having two years regular service in PB-2 Rs.9,300-34,800 + GP Rs.4,800/- in the parent Cadre/Department or having four years regular service in the post in PB-2 Rs.9,300-34,800 + GP Rs.4,600/- in the parent Cadre/Department and possessing knowledge of secretarial practices, rules and regulations and practical experience of their application in the Central Government Ministry/Department/ Autonomous Orgnisations and also having experience in Administration, Finance/Vigilance matters.

For Private Secretary -> The Officers under Central Government and Autonomous Organizations following Central Government Rules/norms/procedures/pay scales etc. holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent Cadre/Department or having two years regular service in PB-2 Rs.9,300-34,800 + GP Rs.4,800/- in the parent Cadre/Department or having four years regular service in the post in PB-2 Rs.9,300-34,800 + GP Rs.4,600/-in the parent Cadre/Department/Autonomous Orgnisations and having experience as Private Secretary or Personal Assistant.

For Assistant -> The Officers under Central Government and Autonomous Organizations following Central Government Rules/norms/procedures/pay scales etc. holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent Cad re/ Department/ Autonomous Orgnisations or having five years regular service in posts in the PB-1 Rs.5200-20,200/- + GP Rs.2,400/-in the parent Cad re/Department and possessing experience in personnel management and/or administration.

For Personal Assistant -> The Officers under Central Government and Autonomous Organizations following Central Government Rules/norms/procedures/pay scales etc. holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent Cadre/Department/ Autonomous Orgnisations or having two years regular service in posts in the PB-1 Rs.5200-20,200/- + GP Rs.4,200/- or, having five years regular service in posts in the PB-1 Rs.5200-20,200/- + GP Rs.2,400/- in the parent Cadre/Departmentand having experience as Stenographer Grade.D.
