The Indian Coast Guard (Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India) , an Armed Force of the Union, offers a challenging and inspiring career as Law officer (Group 'A' Gazetted Officer) (Only for Male) in the rank of Assistant Commandant (Law) for filling up Four (04) Vacancies. Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs 5400/-

Educational Qualifications: A Degree in Law with minimum 60 % marks. (Three years degree in Law after graduation) or (Five years after 10+2 examination)

Training: Candidates will be inducted in the rank of Assistant Commandant (Law) and undergo 22 weeks Naval Orientation Course at the Indian Naval Academy, followed by afloat training and other professional training as decided by the Coast Guard Headquarters from time to time. Full pay and allowance will be admissible to the officers while undergoing training. The entire cost of training including books, uniforms and messing will be borne by Indian Coast Guard.
