(a) Graduate in Engineering.
(b) Additional Qualification - Post Graduate in Business Management / Engineering.
(c) Experience - Minimum 21 Years Post Qualification Experience in Management Grade.

Stipend: Rs.3560/- per month for Graduate Apprentices and Rs.1970/- per month for Trade [Vocational] Apprentices.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate Apprentices -> Engineering Graduate (B.E. / B.Tech) in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, Chemical and Computer Engineering Discipline. A Pass in Engineering Degree in the relevant discipline should not have completed more than 3 years after passing Degree as on 01.06.2014.
Technician Apprentices –> Trade (ITI) Certificate in Accountancy & Auditing, Civil construction & Maintenance and Office Secretary Ship (Issued by Vocational Higher Secondary Examination Board). A pass in the relevant trades should not have completed more than 3 years after passing Trade as on 01.06.2014.
Selection Process: Eligible Candidates are required to Walk in for Written Test at the following scheduled date.The written test (with respect to the Branch studied and multiple choice type) will be conducted at FACT Training Centre, Udyogamandal near Kalamassery - Kochi and it will be of one hour duration. [Qualifying Examination - 50%, Written test - 50%]

Educational Qualifications:
Essential -> Graduate in Agriculture/ Post Graduate in any discipline including Business Management/ Post Graduate specialization in Marketing Management.
Preferred additional -> Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture/ Degree in Law.
Experience -> 9 years experience in Management Grade, in activities involving Trading/Marketing, of Products /Services,in a Large or Medium scale industry, preferably in Fertilizer/Chemical/Agro fields.
Age Relaxation: Should be born on or after 01.01.1974. Relaxable as per rules. Relaxation shall be given upto 5 years for SC and 3 years for OBC candidates, and additional 10 years for PWD candidates, based on documents evidencing the same.
