Qualification & Experience:
State Project Manager (HR & Admin) -> Post Graduate Degree in Management (HR) from reputed institute with minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in human resource management. Candidate should have relevant experience in staff recruitment, training and capacity building works with projects considerable size and scale.
State Project Manager (Skill Development) -> Post Graduate Degree in any stream with minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in implementation of skill training and placement programs with considerable size and scale.
State Project Manager (Social Development) -> Post Graduate Degree in any stream with minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in social development work with poverty reduction programs of considerable size and scale.
Project Manager (Knowledge Management & Communication) -> Post Graduate Degree in any stream with minimum 4 years of post qualification experience. Candidate should have relevant experience in knowledge management and communication projects of considerable size and scale.
Project Manager (Monitoring & Evaluation) -> Post Graduate Degree in any stream with minimum 4 years of post qualification experience. Candidate should have relevant experience in monitoring and evaluating the works of projects of considerable size and scale.
Project Manager (Livelihoods) -> Post Graduate Degree in any stream with minimum 4 years of post qualification experience. Candidate should have relevant experience in implementation of Livelihoods related programs and trainings with considerable size and scale.
MIS Manager -> M.Sc IT/MCA/M Tech with minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in documentation, reporting, data analysis and online monitoring activities in social/community development projects. Working knowledge of data management software will be desirable.
Account Officer -> PG Degree in Commerce/CA/ICWA with minimum 2 years of post qualification experience in similar capacity in Social/Community development sector project funded by World Bank/Govt of India or Central Govt or having experience in PSUs. Candidate should have sufficient knowledge in computer application and tally latest version.
District Project Manager -> Post Graduate Degree in any stream. Candidate should have minimum 4 years post qualification experience in implementation of Livelihoods related programs and trainings with considerable size and scale.
District Functional Expert- Livelihoods, Skill Development & Placement -> Post Graduate Degree in any stream. Candidate should have minimum 3 years post qualification experience in implementation of Livelihoods related programs and trainings with considerable size and scale.
District Functional Expert- Financial Inclusion -> Post Graduate Degree in any stream. Candidate should have minimum 3 years post qualification experience in community development, financial trainings and financial inclusion projects with considerable size and scale.
District Functional Expert- Human Resource, Monitoring & Evaluation -> Post Graduate Degree in any stream. Candidate should have minimum 3 years post qualification experience in human resource, monitoring and evaluating the works of projects of considerable size and scale.
District Functional Expert-Social Mobilization, Institution Building & Capacity Building -> Post Graduate Degree in any stream. Candidate should have minimum 3 years post qualification experience in social mobilization, institution building and capacity building of projects of considerable size and scale.
District Functional Expert-Skill Development -> Post Graduate Degree in any stream with minimum 3 years of post qualification experience in implementation of skill training and placement programs with considerable size and scale.
District Functional Expert-Social Development -> Post Graduate Degree in any stream with minimum 3 years of post qualification experience in social development work with poverty reduction programs of considerable size and scale.
Block Project Manager -> Post Graduate Degree in any stream with minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in rural development, community development and social development programs with considerable size & scale.
Block Coordinator -> Graduate in any stream with minimum 2 years post qualification experience in rural development and community development programs with considerable size & scale.
Block Coordinator (Skill Development) -> Graduate in any stream with minimum 2 years post qualification experience in Skill development, rural development, and community development programs with considerable size & scale.
Selection Process: The short listed candidates have to appear for a written test and/or interview for which no TA/DA shall be paid.
