Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES) proposes to fill up Research Associates (RA) and Research Fellows (RF) for the project "National Program on Earthquake Precursors" now under the National Center for Seismology, Ministry of Earth Sciences on temporary basis for three years. The selection based on Walk in Interview, scheduled to be held on 26th and 28th November 2014.

Essential Qualification and Experience:
Research Associates ->
(1) Master's Degree in Geology/ Geophysics/ Seismology/ Physics/ Computers or B.E/B.Tech. Degree in Electronics &Communication/ Computer Science/ Information Technology from a recognized university / institution.
(2) Two years experience for Master's Degree holders and Three Years experience for BE/B.Tech Degree holder in R&D or in Academic Institutions or in Science & technology organizations.
(3) Doctorate Degree in the relevant subject or area of specialization is desirable. A completed Doctorate Degree would be treated as three years experience.
Research Fellow (RF) ->
Master's Degree Geophysics/ Physics/ Computers or Degree in Electronics & Communication/ Science/ Information from a recognized university institution.
Walk in interview Date -> 26/11/2014 (RA) and 28/11/2014 (RF). The interview will start from 10am onwards and are likely to be extended to 27/11/2014 and 29/11/2014 for RA and RF respectively.
Walk in interview Registration Time -> 9:00 AM and will continue upto 10:00 AM hours
Venue of Interview -> Ministry of Earth Sciences, Prithvi Bhavan, Lodhi Road, New Delhi - 110003.
