Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (KVASU) announced a Walk In Interview for the temporary posts of Assistant Professors, Teaching Assistants, Laboratory Assistants, Technical Assistants and Office Assistants on one year contract basis for the new self-sustaining courses offered by KVASU.

I. M.Sc Courses Vacancy:

Teaching assistant	01	750/- per day, not exceeding 18,000/- per month	Master of Science in Biostatistics/Agricultural Statistics/Statistics/Applied Statistics  Post graduate teaching experience in Biostatistics is desirable.
Technical Assistant	01	350/- per day	B.Sc. Statistics or any bachelor degree with post-graduation in Biostatistics Knowledge in statistical software along with basic computer skill is desirable.
Teaching Assistant	01	750/- per day, not exceeding 18,000/- per month	M.V.Sc. Dairy Science /LPT/VPH/Veterinary Microbiology/Veterinary Biochemistry or B.V.Sc&A.H/ B.Tech (Dairy Science & Technology) or M.Sc. in Food Science & Technology .
Assistant Professor	02	21,600/- per month	M.Sc. Biochemistry/Medical Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/Molecular Biology or M.V.Sc. Veterinary Biochemistry Post graduate teaching experience in Biochemistry is desirable.
Laboratory Assistant	01	350/-per day	B.Sc.  Chemistry / Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ MLT Experience as laboratory technician/ lab assistant is desirable.
Assistant Professor	02	21,600/- per month	M.Sc. Applied Microbiology/Microbiology or M.V.Sc. Microbiology Post graduate teaching experience in Microbiology is desirable.
Laboratory Assistant	01	350/-per day	B.Sc. Microbiology /MLT One year experience as laboratory technician/ Lab assistant is desirable.

Walk In Interview: The University scheduled to be conducted in the Conference Hall of College of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Mannuthy, Thrissur on 11th November 2013. Interested candidates are requested to reach the venue on or before 9.30 AM.The candidates should produce their bio-data, copies of certificates, publications and other relevant materials along with originals at the time of the interview.
