Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100/- Grade pay 5400/- and other allowances as per Govt. Rules.
Age Limit: 21 to 40 years (upper age limit of reserved category candidates shall be relaxable as per rules)
Educational Qualifications:
Food and Sanitary Inspector - (i) Degree in food Technology/Dairy Technology/Bio-Technology/Oil Technology/Agriculture Science/Veterinary Science/Bio-Chemistry/Micro-Biology From recongnized University Or post graduate in chemistry Or / Degree in Medicine. Or (ii) Any other equivalent/recongnized eligibility notified by Central Government. Or (iii) Successfully completed training under any Organization or Institution as specified by the Food authority.
Allopathic Medical Officer - A candidate for direct recruitment must] possess M.B.B.S. degree of a university recognised by the Medical Council of India. A Candidate who possess a post-gradate Degree/ Diploma in Medical or Health Sciences in a particular subject of a University recognized by the Medical Council of India or the Uttar Pradesh Medical Council shall be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment.

How To Apply: Eligible candidates are required to apply online through http://uppsc.up.nic.in/ on or before 21/11/2013. Candidates after submitting their applications through On-line shall send photocopies of their all academic/ required documents regarding their claims along with print out of On-line applications form within 21 days from the last date of submitting the applications (date 12th December, 2013 till 5 pm) through registered/Speed Post or Personally in the office of Commission.
