South Central Railway issued notification for the recruitment against Sports quota against Open Advertisement for the year 2013-14. Applications are invited from eligible sports persons in the prescribed format for filling up of 21 vacancies in Group 'C' and 40 vacancies in erstwhile Group D categories under Sports quota against Open Advertisement for the year 2013-14 over South Central Railway.

Age Limit: 18 to 25 years as on 01-01-2014 (No relaxation in lower or upper age limit for any category of candidates)
Educational Qualifications:
For Group C - 10th class pass or above for those candidates applying for the posts with Grade Pay Rs.1900/2000/-. Graduation from any recognized University for those candidates applying for the post with Grade Pay of Rs.2800/2400/-.
For Post in PB-1 with Grade Pay of Rs.1800/- - SSC or 8th passed (for outstanding sportspersons).
Application Fee: Rs.40/- for post in Grade Pay Rs.1800/- and Rs.1900/2000/- and Rs.60/- for those in Grade Pay Rs.2400/2800/-. Fee should be paid in the form of crossed Bank Draft/Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer, South Central Railway payable at Secunderabad for the posts of Headquarters and Senior Divisional Finance Manager of respective divisions for the divisional posts.
