Educational Qualifications:
AYUSH Doctors - A degree in Ayurveda System of Medicines / Unani/ Tibbia / Homeopathy / BNYS / B.S.M.S Siddha Medicine and Surgery.
Pharmacist - Qualification is 12t with D Pharm. Computer proficiency with familiarity of Data management and commonly used packages like MS word, PowerPoint and Excel. Minimum 2 years of work experience.
ANM - ANM/ Female Health worker course. Minimum 2 years of work experience. Computer proficiency with familiarity of Data management and commonly used packages like MS word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Filled Application form and original documents in support of academic qualifications and work experience along with the proof of residence and photocopies of the same attested by gazetted officer with two Passports size attested photos shall be required to be produced at the time of interview.
