Qualification and Experience:
CAO -> Chartered Accountant (CA). 5 Years post qualification experience in a Senior Managerial position in a reputed firm as on 01.01.2016. Experience in PSU preferable.
Company Secretary -> Graduation with ACS. 3 years post qualification experience in a reputed firm as on 01.01.2016. Experience in PSU preferable.
Manager (Technical) -> 1st Class in MCA from a recognized University with a good Academic record. MBA preferable. 5 Years post qualification experience.
