Jammu UnivUniversity of Jammu, Post Graduate Department of Physics & Electronics (Jammu-Tawi) invites application for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a DST sponsored research project entitled "Collaboration by Indian Physicists on Neutrino Projects at Fermi Lab (USA) " at the Department of Physics & Electronics , University of Jammu . The appointment will be on contract basis initially for a period of one year. Based on performance, the appointment could be extended for another two years. The selected candidates will spend a significant period of their tenure at the experimental site at Fermi Lab ( U.S.A).

Rs.16, 000 p.m. (consolidated) for the first two years and Rs 18,000 (consolidated) for the third year.

M. Sc. in Physics or B. Tech. (Engineering Physics) or equivalent degree. Candidates should be NET/GATE qualified.
