Commensurate with qualification and experience.

Qualification: MBA in HR (full time) or Masters in Labour Studies (full time) from reputed.Institute/University(approved by AICTE) preferably possessing LLB degree with specialization in Labour  Laws.

Experience: 3 to 5 years experience as Manager -Human Resource Dept. in a reputed Co-operative / Nationalised / Private Bank or Financial Institution.
