Application Fee: All Candidates belonging to General & OBC Category should furnish a crossed Indian Postal Order or Bank Draft worth Rs.50/- drawn in favour of DIG (Medical) CH (Chandigarh), ITBP {For Assistant Sub Inspector (Lab Technician}, DIG, SHQ (Dehradun), ITBP {for Head Constable (Midwife)} and Commandant Base Hospital ITBP {for Assistant Sub Inspector (Pharmacist)} and along with their application. SC/ST and Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from application Fee.
How To Apply: The Eligible and Interested candidate may send his/her application and Candidate’s Admit Card duly filled in on 8x14 inches size paper (Typed or neatly hand written either in Hindi or English only) as per prescribed form given along with attested copies of required documents. Candidates should write the name of post applied for in block letters on the envelope. The last date for receipt of application is 01/01/2012 for all states. (For far-flung area candidates last date is 08/01/2012).
