Karnataka Power Corporation Ltd., (KPCL) a Government of Karnataka Undertaking invites applications for the post of Assistant Engineers in Civil and Electrical in its Power Projects / Stations. KPCL established in the year 1970, is a premier specialist and professionally managed  power generation company.

5.	JUNIOR  ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL)	39	Three years Diploma in Electrical  Engineering.
6.	JUNIOR ENGINEER (MECHANICAL)	46	Three years Diploma in Mechanical  Engineering.

Age Limit: The candidate should have:
i.     Born not before 10.10.1971 and not after 10.10.1993 for SC, ST & Cat.I 
ii.    Born not before 10.10.1973 and not after 10.10.1993 for Cat. IIa, IIb, IIIa & IIIb 
iii.  Born not before 10.10.1976 and not after 10.10.1993 for GM 
In the case of Ex-Serviceman, relaxation in age equal to number of years of service rendered in the Armed Forces will be given but not beyond 45 years of age as on 10.10.2011.

Pay Scales: Asst. Engineer - Rs.8835-250-9085-300-10585-350-12335- 400-14735- 450-17435-500-19935, Junior Engineer - Rs.6685-225-7585-250-9085-300-10585-350-12335-400-14735-450-17435-500-18435.
