Qualification and Experience:
Senior Scientist and Head ->
a) For Disciplines other than Engineering subject - Doctoral degree in relevant subject including relevant basic sciences with 8 years experience in relevant subject Scientist/ Lecturer/ Extension specialist or in an equivalent position the pay band -3 of Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade pay of Rs.5400/ Rs.6000/ Rs.7000/Rs.8000 having made contribution to research/teaching/extension as evidence by published work/innovations and impact.
b) For Engineering discipline - Doctoral degree in relevant Agricultural engineering subject with 6 years experience as Scientist/ Lecturer/ Extension specialist or in an equivalent position in the pay band -3 of Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade pay of Rs.5400/ Rs.6000/ Rs.7000/ Rs.8000 having made contribution to research/ teaching/ extension education as evidence by published work/innovative and impact OR Master degree in the relevant agricultural engineering subject with 10 years experience as scientist/ Lecturer/ Extension specialist or in an equivalent position in the pay band -3 of Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade pay of Rs.5400/ Rs.6000/ Rs.7000/ Rs.8000 having made contribution to research/ teaching/ extension education as evidence by published work/innovative and impact.
c) Desirable - Specialization in implementing extension education programmes.
SMS (Soil science) ->
a) Essential - Masters degree in the relevant field or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
b) Desirable - Two years working experience in KVK.
Programme Assistant (Computers) ->
a) Essential - Bachelor's degree in the relevant field or equivalent qualifications from a recognized university.
b) Desirable - Two years working experience in a KVK.
Stenographer ->
a) Intermediate / PUC from the recognized State Board University & knowledge of Computer.
b) Professional Efficiency - The candidates will be given one dictation test in English or Hindi at 80w.p.m. for 10 minutes. The candidates who opt to take the test in English will be required to transcribe the matter in 65 minutes on manual typewriter or 50 minutes on computer and the candidates who opt to take the test in Hindi will be required to transcribe the matter in 75 minutes on manual typewriter or 65 minutes on computer.
c) Desirable - Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University with working knowledge of Computer. Two years working experience in relevant field.
