Educational Qualification & Experience:
Assistant Finance Manager -> CA (OR) ICWA. Minimum 07 years working experience in Finance & Accounts.
Accounts Officer Grade-II -> CA (OR) ICWA. Minimum 02 years working experience in Finance & Accounts.
Assistant Mining Engineer -> Degree in Mining Engg./AMIE with Second Class Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency (Restricted) under MMR, 1961. Minimum 02 years relevant working experience in the line.
Assistant Engineer (Project) -> Full time B.E./B.Tech. in IT/Mechanical from a recognized university. Minimum 02 years relevant working experience in IT/Mechanical in project execution.
Junior Chemist -> Regular course in M.Sc. (Chemistry). Basic knowledge of computer. Minimum 01 year working experience in chemical control laboratory; preferably in cement industries.
Junior Geologist -> Regular course in M.Sc. (Geology). Basic knowledge of computer.
Quarry Foreman -> 12th Pass (Matric with +2). Should possess Mine Foreman's Certificate (Restricted) under MMR , 1961. Minimum 05 years working experience in the line after obtaining Forman's Certificate for 12th pass candidates. (OR) Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying With Mine Foreman's Certificate (Restricted) under MMR 1961. Minimum 02 years working experience in the line after obtaining Foreman's Certificate for Diploma holders.
Mining Mate -> 12th Pass. Should possess Mining Mate's Certificate under MMR, 1961. Basic knowledge of computer.
Selection Process: Written Test and / or Interview.
