(b) Full Time Post Graduate Degree in Management with specialization in HR/IR (2 years duration) with First Division (Minimum 65% marks) (OR)
(c) Master in Business Administration (MBA-HR) with First Division (Minimum 65% marks) (OR)

with ITI Certificate in Diesel/Motor Mechanic/Fitter trade. Experience - 03 years' experience in diesel/motor mechanic/fitter trade after ITI Certificate.
Driver -> Matriculate or equivalent & possessing valid licence for driving light & heavy vehicles. Experience - 04 years experience of driving and maintenance of light/heavy vehicles and also articulate trucks on hilly and rough terrain.
