Educational Qualifications:
(a) First class full time Engineering Degree with First class Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management. (or)
(b) First class full time MBA. (or)
(c) Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce with PG Diploma in Marketing Management.
Experience: (as on 01/12/2014)
Officer (Marketing) -> Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in marketing field.
Assistant Manager (Marketing) -> Minimum 7 years of post qualification experience in marketing field.
Deputy Manager (Marketing) -> Minimum 12 years of post qualification experience in marketing field.
Manager (Marketing) -> Minimum 15 years of post qualification experience in marketing field.
