The posts purely temporary on contract basis for a period of two years or till the completion of project, whichever is earlier.

Educational Qualifications:
Field Supervisors-Civil -> Diploma Engineering in Civil Discipline from recognized technical Board/ Institute with minimum 55% marks.
Field Supervisors-Electrical -> Diploma Engineering in Electrical Discipline from recognized technical Board/ Institute with minimum 55% marks.
Selection Process: Personal Interview (In case applicants are large in number, screening test may be conducted). If conducted, the Screening test shall be of Objective Type (Each question having four multiple choice answer options) of one hour duration consisting of two parts.Part-I with 50 questions having specific questions from your discipline.Part-II consists of 25 questions on vocabulary, verbal comprehension, quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability, data sufficiency, numerical ability etc. The Screening Test shall be held at Ranchi (Jharkhand State).
