Executive Engineer (Civil) -> Bachelors  Degree in  Civil Engineering/ Technology and its equivalent. 9 years experience in the field of civil works related to Power Sector. Out of which at least 5 years as Addl. Executive Engineer and Dy. Executive Engineer OR 2 years as Additional Executive Engineer.

Additional Executive Engineer (Civil) -> Bachelors  Degree in  Civil Engineering/Technology and its equivalent. 7 years experience in the field of civil works related to Power Sector.

Dy. Executive Engineer (Civil) -> Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering/Technology. 3 years experience in the field of civil works related to Power Sector.
