Compensation: During Training Period [ONE YEAR] - Basic Pay of R 20600/-and IDA, along with allowances up to 47% of Basic Pay under cafeteria approach. After Successful training, the regular Pay Scale of R. 24900-50500/-at E2A level and shall be on probation for a period of one year.
Placement: The selected Trainees shall undergo one year training at various places. The final place of posting will be allocated after successful completion of training. Candidates can be placed anywhere in India or abroad, in any of the functions at Projects/ Stations or offices.
Selection Procession:
* All India Level Written Test [Part-I will consist of 120 multiple-choice questions of the relevant discipline and Part-II will consist of 30 multiple-choice questions on Executive Aptitude]
* Group Discussion and Personnel Interview [Shortlisted candidates based on the performance in written test]
