- Remuneration will be offered based on candidate’s qualifications, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary and market benchmark for the respective positions.
- Place of posting will depend upon the Bank’s requirement. Selected candidates shall be placed at any of its Offices/Branches in India.
- Engagement is on Fixed Term Contractual Basis.
✅ BoB Wealth Management Services Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Group Head (AVP-II): Graduation in any discipline + Preferred PG/MBA/CFP/CFA + NISM/IRDA certifications + Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience as Relationship Manager in Wealth Management (min 5 years as Team Lead). Age: 35-50 years.
- Head Investment (AVP-II): Graduation + Relevant certifications + Minimum 10 years' experience in investment-related roles (min 5 years in senior leadership). Age: 35-50 years.
- Territory Head (AVP-I): Graduation + Preferred certifications + Minimum 8 years' experience as Relationship Manager in Wealth Management. Age: 28-42 years.
- Investment Product Manager (AVP-I): Graduation + Certifications + Minimum 5 years' experience as Relationship Manager (min 3 years as Investment Counsellor). Age: 26-45 years.
- Senior Relationship Manager (Deputy Manager): Graduation + NISM/IRDA certifications + Minimum 3 years' experience as Relationship Manager in Wealth Management. Age: 24-35 years.
- Experience of less than six months in any organization as on 01.11.2026 shall not be considered. Clerical cadre and Teaching/Training experience not considered.
- Educational qualifications must be from recognized University/Institution.
