✅ SCI Senior Personal Assistant 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Degree from a recognised university in India.
- English Shorthand: Proficiency at a speed of 110 words per minute.
- Computer Typing: Knowledge of computer operation with a typing speed of 40 words per minute.

- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
- SC / ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), Persons with Disabilities, Ex-Servicemen: Relaxation as per Government rules.
- Dependants of Freedom Fighters: Up to 5 years above the prescribed upper age limit.
- Supreme Court Registry departmental candidates: No upper age limit.
- No age relaxation will be allowed to candidates working in other Government departments, Public Sector Undertakings or nationalised banks.

1. Objective Type Test: Duration 1 hour 30 minutes, Total marks 100, Minimum qualifying marks 50. Subjects: General English (25), General Knowledge (25), Provisions relating to the Judiciary in the Constitution of India (25), Supreme Court Rules, 2013 (15), Knowledge of Computer Operation (10). There is no negative marking in the Objective Type Test.
2. English Shorthand Test: Shorthand speed 110 words per minute, Dictation duration 7 minutes, Transcription time 45 minutes, Maximum marks 100, Minimum qualifying marks 50, Maximum permissible mistakes 5% of the total dictated words.
3. Computer Typing Speed Test: Language English, Minimum typing speed 40 words per minute, Duration 10 minutes, Maximum marks 20, Minimum qualifying marks 10, Permissible mistakes 3% of the total words typed.
4. Interview: Maximum marks 30, Minimum qualifying marks 15.
Shortlisting for subsequent stages will be based on the prescribed qualifying marks and merit criteria. Selected candidates may be required to work at odd hours and on holidays.

Eligible candidates must apply ONLINE ONLY through the official website of the Supreme Court of India.
➢ Step 1: Visit the official website https://www.sci.gov.in/.
