✅ NETC 2026 Qualification and Experience:
- Sr. Manager (M6) / AGM (M6A): Full-time 4-year B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical. Sr. Manager needs 15 years’ experience. AGM needs 17 years’ experience. Power sector transmission-line experience is preferred. Upper age is 50 years.
- Technician (S1) / Sr. Technician (S2): National Trade Certificate or State Trade Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical from a recognised ITI. Technician (S1) needs 0–5 years. Sr. Technician (S2) needs 5–10 years. Power or energy sector experience is preferred. Upper age is 40 years.
- Pay package and benefits shall commensurate with experience.
