✅ MCTE Mhow Faculty Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit: Maximum 60 years. Candidates must be medically fit.
- Associate Professor – Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (03 Posts): B.Tech / B.E. and M.Tech / M.E. / M.S. in Electronics and Telecommunication / Electronics and Communication / Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Ph.D. in the relevant discipline is mandatory. Remuneration ₹ 40,000 per month.
- Associate Professor – Computer Engineering / Information Technology (01 Post): B.Tech / B.E. and M.Tech / M.E. / M.S. in Computer Science Engineering / IT / Computer Application / Cyber Security or equivalent. Ph.D. mandatory. Remuneration ₹ 40,000 per month.
- Experience for Associate Professor: Minimum five years in teaching / research / industry. Two years post-Ph.D. experience is desirable. Post-Ph.D. publications and guiding Ph.D. students highly desirable.
- Assistant Professor – Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (06 Posts): B.Tech / B.E. and M.Tech / M.E. / M.S. in the relevant discipline or equivalent. Remuneration ₹ 31,500 per month.
- Assistant Professor – Computer Engineering and Information Technology (06 Posts): B.Tech / B.E. and M.Tech / M.E. / M.S. in Computer Science Engineering / IT / Computer Application / Cyber Security or equivalent. Remuneration ₹ 31,500 per month.
- Assistant Professor – Electrical Engineering (01 Post): B.Tech / B.E. and M.Tech / M.E. / M.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Remuneration ₹ 31,500 per month.
- Assistant Professor – Engineering Mathematics / Applied Physics (01 Post): M.Sc. in Mathematics or Physics, as applicable, or equivalent. Remuneration ₹ 31,500 per month.
- Experience for Assistant Professor: Minimum two years in teaching / research / industry is desirable.
- Tenure: One year or until a regular incumbent becomes available, whichever is earlier. Selected candidates must sign a contract agreement.
- If suitable Associate Professor candidates are not available, the posts may be filled by Assistant Professors. Certain inter-discipline adjustments may be made as per the notification.

- Screening test based on GATE examination syllabus, if required.
- Interview of shortlisted candidates.
