LIC Housing Finance Limited (LIC HFL) has invited applications from fresh graduates for engagement as apprentices under the LICHFL Apprenticeship Program-010. A total of 232 apprenticeship positions are available across various offices of LIC HFL in different states and cities of India.
This is an On Job Training program for a period of 12 months and is NOT an employment. Apprentices are trainees only. Online applications through the NATS portal are open from 20 October 2026 to 01 November 2026. ✅ LIC HFL Apprenticeship 2026 Important Details:
- Nature of Engagement: Apprenticeship is an On Job Training provided to selected fresh graduates. It is NOT an employment. Apprentices are NOT Employees. They are ONLY Trainees. LIC HFL is NOT obliged to provide full-time employment to its apprentices.
- All Apprentices who successfully complete their apprenticeship will be issued a Proficiency Certificate by BOAT. They can contact BFSI Sector Skill Council of India for information on placement/employment opportunities in BFSI sector companies.
- Detailed State & City-wise vacancy distribution (total 232) is available in Table E of the official notification. Major cities include Bangalore (13), Chennai (7), Hyderabad (7), Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Delhi, etc.
✅ LIC HFL Apprenticeship 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Age (as on 01-Oct-2026): 20 to 25 years.
- Educational Qualification: Should have completed graduation in any stream as on 01-Oct-2026 but not before 1-Oct-2001, from Indian Universities / Institutes recognized by UGC/AICTE.
- Previous Experience: The candidate should NOT have a Running/Terminated/Completed Apprenticeship contract with any other organization.
✅ LIC HFL Apprenticeship 2026 Monthly Stipend:
- ₹16,650/- per month for Metro Cities: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Surat.
- ₹14,150/- per month for Other Cities.
✅ LIC HFL Apprenticeship 2026 Application / Examination Fee:
- Scheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates: ₹200/- plus GST
- Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) candidates: ₹200/- plus GST
- General, EWS and Other Backward Class (OBC)-Male candidates: ₹800/- plus GST
- General, EWS and Other Backward Class (OBC) - Female / Transgender candidates: ₹600/- plus GST
Fee is non-refundable. Payment is to be made online to BFSI SSC through the secure payment link after receiving the invitation email. Fee once paid will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.

- Entrance Examination conducted by BFSI Sector Skill Council of India (Online remote proctored from home on 07.11.2026).

Total duration of examination: 60 minutes. Exam is online remote proctored to be given by candidates from their home in absolute privacy using their own camera-enabled device. Candidates must display Aadhaar Card as ID Proof. Failure to register for the written test will result in disqualification.

✅ How to Apply for LIC HFL Apprenticeship Recruitment 2026:
Candidates must apply ONLINE ONLY. No other mode of application will be accepted.
➢ Step 1: Mandatorily register yourself on the NATS portal at https://nats.education.gov.in/ (Navigate to the “Student Register/Login” section). Take note of your Enrolment Id.
➢ Step 2: View and apply for the Apprenticeship Advertisement of “LICHFL” on the NATS portal after login.
➢ Step 3: Eligible candidates who apply successfully will receive an email from BFSI SSC inviting them to fill a detailed application (including choice of districts) and make payment of the Application/Examination Fees at https://beep.bfsissc.com on or before 01.11.2026.
➢ Step 4: Appear for the online remote proctored Entrance Examination on 07.11.2026 from home as per instructions received from BFSI SSC.
➢ Step 5: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification & Personal Interview. Final selected candidates will receive engagement letters.
