- Senior Scientific Officer (DNA) – 05 Posts – Consolidated Remuneration ₹53,100/- per month
- Senior Scientific Assistant (DNA) – 05 Posts – Consolidated Remuneration ₹44,900/- per month
- Scientific Assistant (DNA) – 05 Posts – Consolidated Remuneration ₹35,400/- per month
- Lab Attendant (Support Staff, DNA Division) – 05 Posts – Consolidated Remuneration ₹16,900/- per month
✅ FSL Haryana Age Limit:
- Senior Scientific Officer (DNA): 21 to 50 years.
- Senior Scientific Assistant (DNA): 21 to 45 years.
- Scientific Assistant (DNA): 21 to 40 years.
- Lab Attendant: 18 to 40 years.
- Age relaxation as per Haryana Government rules, where applicable.
✅ FSL Haryana Eligibility Criteria:
- Senior Scientific Officer (DNA): M.Sc. (first division) or Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Anthropology, Zoology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Forensic Science or equivalent + minimum 5 years post-qualification hands-on experience in forensic DNA casework (STR profiling, capillary electrophoresis, etc.) in a State or Central Forensic Science Laboratory.
- Senior Scientific Assistant (DNA): M.Sc. (first division) or Ph.D. in relevant discipline as above + minimum 3 years post-qualification hands-on experience in forensic DNA casework.
- Scientific Assistant (DNA): M.Sc. (at least second division) in relevant discipline as above + minimum 1 year post-qualification hands-on experience in forensic DNA casework.
- Lab Attendant: Matriculation (10th pass) from a recognized board. 10+2 with Science preferred. Basic computer knowledge and relevant laboratory/support experience desirable.
- Desirable for scientific posts: FACT/FACT Plus qualification from NFSU or equivalent, experience in technical review, report writing and quality assurance.
✅ FSL Haryana Selection Process:
- Screening of applications based on essential educational qualifications and relevant experience.
- Merit-based shortlisting if the number of eligible candidates is large.
- Interview of shortlisted candidates before the Selection Committee at FSL, Madhuban, Karnal.
- Document verification and pre-engagement formalities including medical fitness. No separate written examination is specified.
