A candidate may apply for vacancies in only one manufacturing unit. Knowledge of the regional language is desirable for candidates applying to units in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. Hindi is desirable for the other units.
✅ BHEL Artisan 2027 Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Class 10th pass, National Trade Certificate (NTC/ITI) in the respective trade, and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the respective trade.
- Minimum Marks: 60% in both NTC/ITI and NAC for General and OBC candidates; 55% for SC and ST candidates.
- Age Limit (as on 01 October 2026):
- General / EWS: Maximum 27 years
- OBC (NCL): Maximum 30 years
- SC / ST: Maximum 32 years
- PwBD / Ex-Servicemen: Relaxation as per Government rules
- Age relaxation of up to seven years based on relevant work experience may be available, subject to the prescribed format and applicable conditions.
