✅ AIESL Security Officer 2026 Eligibility Criteria (as on 01.10.2026):
- Regional Security Officer (RSO): Graduates in any discipline (minimum 3 years’ duration) from any Recognized University with ability to speak Hindi, English and conversant with local language. MUST possess valid BCAS Basic AVSEC (latest new pattern / 13 Day’s) Certificate with minimum 03 month’s validity as on 01.12.2026. Must have 5 Years of Security Supervisory Experience.
- Assistant Supervisor (Security): Same educational qualification and BCAS Basic AVSEC Certificate as above with 01 Year of Security Supervisory Experience. Residual vacancies will be filled from Graduate Fresher / Ex-Servicemen.
- Preferable Qualifications: BCAS Certified XBIS Screener (Valid Certification), Proficiency in fire fighting, Knowledge in industrial security, disaster management, unarmed combat, Legal Knowledge, Knowledge of MS Word/Internet, NCC “B/C” Certificate. For RSO: Administrative Functions, AEP guidelines 2022, Report Writing.
- Age Limit (as on 01.10.2026): For RSO – 40 Years; For Assistant Supervisor – 35 Years. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 Years for SC/ST & 3 Years for OBC Candidates. Ex-Servicemen will be given age relaxation as per rules.
- Physical Standards – Height: Female – Minimum 154.5 cms; Male – Minimum 163 cms. Relaxation of 2.5 cms for SC/ST candidates & those from North East states & hilly states (subject to domicile proof).
✅ AIESL Security Officer 2026 Emoluments:
- Regional Security Officer: ₹47,625/- per month (all inclusive)
- Assistant Supervisor (Security): ₹27,940/- per month (all inclusive)
- Those who qualify the BCAS Basic AVSEC Course will be paid additional ₹2,000/- AVSEC allowance per month from the date of qualifying the course till the validity of the Certificate.
✅ AIESL Security Officer 2026 Selection Process:
- Candidates who prima facie meet eligibility criteria will be required to appear for Written Test followed by Personal Interaction.
- The selected candidates will have to bear the cost of pre-employment medical examination.
✅ AIESL Security Officer 2026 Application Fee:
- Application Fee: ₹1,000/- through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of “AI Engineering Services Limited”, payable at New Delhi.
- Candidates belonging to the SC/ST categories are exempted from payment of the application fee.
