✅ NIScPR Project Staff Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Project Associate-I (IT / CS – 01 Post): MCA / B.E. / B.Tech in IT / Computer Science or equivalent. Desirable: Web development (PERL/Java/JSP/Python/PHP/ASP.NET), Windows/Linux, SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL, AI/ML tools and open-source CMS customization.
- Project Associate-I (02 Posts): Masters/Integrated Masters in Natural / Agricultural / Pharmaceutical Sciences / MVSc / Animal Sciences OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology / Medicine. Desirable: Science communication, MS Office, database management, report writing, graphic designing, social media, video/podcast production and traditional knowledge exposure.
- Project Associate-II: Same educational qualification as PAT-I plus 2 years’ R&D experience in industrial/academic/S&T organizations OR Masters/Integrated Masters in Engineering or Technology.
- Senior Project Associate: Masters/Integrated Masters in relevant Science streams / Bachelor’s in Engg./Tech./Medicine with 3 years’ R&D experience OR Masters in Engineering/Technology OR Doctoral Degree in Science/Pharma/MD/MS with 2 years’ R&D experience (as applicable to the post).
- SPA cum Reporter–Content Developer (English): Master’s in relevant Science / Bachelor’s in Engg./Tech./Medicine/Journalism/Mass Communication/Science Communication + 4 years’ experience in R&D or English content development for mass media/science communication OR Doctoral Degree.
- SPA cum Graphic Designer: Relevant Master’s/Bachelor’s (including Graphic Designing / Visual Communication / Multimedia or any discipline with Diploma/Certificate in Graphics & Multimedia) + 4 years’ graphic designing/animation experience OR Doctoral Degree. Desirable: CorelDRAW, Photoshop, InDesign, 3D Max, Adobe tools.
- SPA cum Audio & Video Editor: Relevant Master’s/Bachelor’s + 4 years’ experience as Video Editor (Adobe Premiere Pro, VFX/SFX) in TV/film/ad agency/production house OR Doctoral Degree.
- Age Limit: PAT-I / PAT-II – Maximum 35 years; Senior Project Associate – Maximum 40 years. Age relaxation as per Government / CSIR rules.
✅ NIScPR Project Staff Salary / Emoluments 2026:
- PAT-I: ₹31,000 + HRA for NET/GATE/National Level Exam qualified candidates; ₹25,000 + HRA for others.
- PAT-II: ₹35,000 + HRA for NET/GATE/National Level Exam qualified candidates; ₹28,000 + HRA for others. (For Rural Development project PAT-II, notification specifies ₹28,000 + HRA.)
- Senior Project Associate: ₹42,000 + HRA.
Engagement is purely temporary and co-terminus with the ULIP project (01 June 2026 to 31 March 2031), as per CSIR norms.
