- Educational Qualification: M.B.B.S. from a recognized University/Institute.
- Preferred Qualification: PG Diploma in Gynaecology and Obstetrician / Paediatrics / ENT / Ophthalmology / Dermatology / Orthopaedic / Emergency Medicine / Hospital Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year post-internship experience in a Hospital.
- Age Limit: Below 45 years.
Note: Selected Manager (Medical Services) are generally posted at MOIL mines located in Nagpur and Bhandara districts of Maharashtra and Balaghat district of Madhya Pradesh, as per organizational requirement.

Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – 3% – ₹1,60,000/- (E-02 Grade)
In addition to basic pay, selected candidates will be entitled to DA, HRA/other perquisites and benefits as per MOIL rules applicable to E-02 executives.
