✅ NTH Young Professional Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Sr. YP (Technical-RPPT): BE/B.Tech in Textile / Footwear / Rubber / Polymer Technology or M.Sc. (Chemistry) + minimum 03 years experience in footwear / textile / rubber / paper / plastic testing laboratory.
- Sr. YP (Management): PG Diploma or MBA from a recognized University / Institution + minimum 03 years work experience, preferably in a government organization. Desirable: proficiency in English, technical aptitude and web-based tools.
- Sr. YP (Technical-Microbiology): M.Sc. (Microbiology) / B.Tech in Microbiology + minimum 03 years relevant laboratory experience.
- Sr. YP (Technical-Electrical): BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering + minimum 03 years experience in Electrical Testing laboratory.
- Sr. YP (Technical-Civil): BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering + minimum 03 years experience in testing of building materials, soil, Glass/Gypsum/Calcium Silicate boards, DBM/BM/SDBM.
- Jr. YP (Technical-Chemical): M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering + minimum 01 year relevant laboratory experience.
- Jr. YP (Technical-Mechanical): BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering + minimum 01 year relevant laboratory experience.

- Jr. YP (Technical-Aerospace): BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Aerospace / Aeronautical Engineering OR Metallurgical Engineering / Materials Science + minimum 01 year experience in R&D / industrial testing / scientific activities with hands-on Mechanical Testing or Material Characterization. Familiarity with ASTM/ISO aerospace materials testing standards is desirable.
- Jr. YP (Technical-Drone): BE/B.Tech in Aeronautical / Electronics / Electrical / Computer Science / IT / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent + minimum 01 year full-time post-qualification experience in Drone Certification activities as per QCI Certification Scheme for UAS.
- Age Limit (as on last date of application): Not exceeding 35 years for Jr. Young Professional and 38 years for Sr. Young Professional.
✅ NTH Young Professional Salary 2026:
- Sr. Young Professional: ₹70,000 per month (consolidated), enhanced by ₹5,000 every year on extension of tenure.
- Jr. Young Professional: ₹40,000 per month (consolidated), enhanced by ₹5,000 every year on extension of tenure.
Tenure: 01 year for all posts, extendable up to a maximum of 04 years on satisfactory performance. The assignment is purely contractual and can be terminated with one month’s notice from either side. NTH may terminate the contract without prior notice in case of breach of terms.
